Limited Manufacturer Warranty

We stand behind our pool tables covered components include:

• Table frame, cabinet, rails & legs: 5‑year limited warranty against defects.
  
• Cushions & slate: Lifetime coverage against separation, hardening, cracking or warping  
  
• Hardware & metal parts: 5‑year limited warranty.  
• Exclusions: cloth, pockets, accessories, normal wear & tear, abuse, water/environmental damage.
• Coverage applies to the original purchaser and requires online registration within 30 days of delivery.  

Delivery & Installation

• White‑glove shipping included: Our experts deliver and fully assemble your table in the install location.
  
• Freight shipping to curbside for heavy tables, with a 4‑hour delivery window please schedule to be present 
• Inspect immediately: note any exterior damage on the delivery paperwork. Photograph and notify us right away we cannot file claims otherwise.
  
• Environment check: Measure entryways/stairs and inform us failed installs due to access issues may incur a fee.
  
• In-stock tables ship in 1–3 weeks; custom-made/large tables may take 4–8 weeks ().
  

Returns & Cancellation

• Bespoke pool tables are non-returnable. Your statutory rights apply if the product is faulty at arrival.
  
• Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before freight dispatch. After that, a restocking fee may apply.
  
• Delays due to external factors (weather, supply chain issues) are not eligible for cancellation without a 10 % fee + shipping costs.
  

Filing a Warranty Claim

• Email support@discountpooltables.com with order number, purchase date, photos, and description.
  
• We’ll assess and, at our discretion, repair or replace defective part.
  
• During the first 2 years, we cover parts, labor, and shipping. After 2 years, only parts are covered labor/shipping is the customer responsibility.
  
• Exclusions apply to misuse, damage during installation by third parties, or neglect.
